I'm very impressed with the packaging and condition of the plants I've received. You wouldn't know by looking at them that these plants had traveled across the continent in the mail. They're growing well in the pots I transplanted them into with no signs of distress whatsoever. This is my second order and I'll order From Bounty Botanicals again .

It arrived packed extremely well & plugs were secured with tape! I would recommend having tweezers for the twine’s knot & to just take your gentle time. Have a knife or scissors & plant tags ready too. The cellophane tears down the seam, again be gentle & patient! The plug had lots of healthy roots & was immediately planted in some Happy Frog with some rinsed coco coir, extra perlite & worm castings to barely cover plug. It’s under a humidity dome & being acclimated to itz new environment & all the foliage is looking really healthy! Thank you Erik ??❤️

The plant arrived in perfect condition and handled moving to its new home with no issue. It is thriving after following the directions on the website—a must-buy for any kratom enthusiast.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from BBP and I have to say they ship the nicest plants I’ve received from anyone (and I’ve tried several vendors over the years). Plants are a nice dark green with sturdy solid leaves. Plants are packed well with no chance of them becoming mangled. And the fact that they’re ready for the pot with no need to get them used to a normal humidity makes it a slick process. What a great company!!! A reply from bounty: Thank you for the glowing review!... but i must say to those reading that while this customer found the acclimation process unnecessary it is advisable to always acclimate your plants slowly to their new environment.

Ordered a Borneo Kratom and a 24k Kalimantan Kratom plant. A bit worried about sending money order - haven't gotten one in years. I emailed some Qs and received email back right away. Can't ask for better customer service. Plants WERE shipped out promptly. They arrived WELL packed; no chance for tumbling as they were double taped, wrapped in plastic, moist paper towel around dirt and tied with twine in a sturdy shipping box. Impressive. The plants themselves were very healthy and strong. They were 9 3/4 inches from bottom of plug to top of folded up leaves. Super nice and green. No problem after planted them. It has been a week and 2 days; they still look good and just starting to grow again and push new leaves out.

Came in healthy, and Bounty Botanicals was quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

I really appreciate this seller as they sent me 2 free plants to cover the ones I killed for not following the procedure.
