Really love this site gonna be back for more species, customer service is extremely responsive and helpful, Genetics are unique and genuine, only complain is leaves are slightly smaller than photo at least in my case but had lots of new side branching growth, just fyi. Better than expected! I was afraid the rooting plug was no more than a transport medium but to my surprise, it was teaming with healthy roots. Plant arrived in excellent condition.

Let me start off by saying. The customer service here is top notch! My order came super quickly! We had a little hiccup and it was made right, right away! Now for the plant! What can I say. Its beautiful! A nice strong healthy clone! With plenty of leaves! I was so happy with my purchase I just made another!

This company shipped the plant very well it was a happy plant when I received it. This is the first plant I have ever had. When you put the soil in the pot you must water it before you put the root pug in. I didn't do this and kinda killed the plant 4 diffrent times for various reasons. It came back to life everytime. I also found out my Hulu plant cant be in the sun basically at all. It's weird bc I have read people say kratom loves the sun but my plant would look like it died after 45 minutes in the sun. The leaves turned yellow and crispy and fell apart. I now have it in a green house out side with a giant umbrella and trees over it. I hope this info can help others. This thing lives through anything. If I can keep it alive anyone can. I have looked at other sites for kratom but I have no desire to shop any where else bc this company has been patient with me and answered all my questions. I named my plant Lazarus bc my plant keeps being raised from the dead lol. Thanks bounty botanicals yall rock!

My plants arrived in great shape and seem to be acclimating quite well, I've had them about two weeks now and no complaints on my end. Everything I've purchased from Bounty Botanicals has been top notch.

I received the plant very quickly and although the carton was a bit crushed the plant was yet in perfect shape. It was rooted in a plug with new roots visibly emerging from the bottom. I will likely order from Bounty Botanicals again.

My Hulu kratom plant came quickly and was vigorous with a thick root system. I teased the roots apart as best I could in hopes that they can spread out in the soil because they were very dense. The only recommendation I have for bountybotanicals is to make it more obvious what products are out of stock. In order to figure this out I had to click on each product and it took more time than necessary. Thanks for the healthy plant.
