Live plant arrival guarantee
If when your plants arrive to you they are in bad shape...we will replace them :). Simply contact us via email with a picture of the plants within 3 hrs of their delivery to you.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of these items most can not be returned, But if you find anything that's not to your liking please Contact Us and well do our best to correct the error. your satisfaction is paramount :)
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details on the reason you would like to return the specimen. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return eligible items.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the united states. Please note that there are shipping restrictions on some specimens and as such we can not deliver to those destinations.
-When you place an order shipping costs are a flat rate of 12 dollars. Orders are shipped out via priority mail USPS.
Orders containing live plants
Orders typically ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays.
All orders containing plants will ship out on monday or tuesday following recival of payment.... This excludes plant pre-orders which ship out weather permitting at which point the recipient is notified prior to shiping to confirm they are ready to receive said order.
Plant Shipping Schedules (for pre-orders)
Due to weather extremes not all plants can be shipped out all year round, so there are some months(stated below) that we will hold on to your live plant order until these times pass. You can request that your order to be shipped out during these periods by contacting us, but be aware that Bounty botanicals will not be unable to honor our guarantee of a healthy arrival and will not provide replacement specimens or refunds.
