Plants arrived quickly and were packed very well. The plants were in amazing condition with a heartily strong root system and many leaves, all of which were healthy. They both planted well and began solid growth right away. Frankly, these plants exceeded my expectations.

While I was initially alarmed by the lack of a standard payment option, I'm so happy I decided to go ahead and send a money order. My plant was at my house within a week of payment. The plant was very healthy and green. It even had some new leaves already sprouting! It took to being potted like a champ. I would absolutely buy from Bounty Botanicals again.

At this time I have now ordered and received two rooted plugs from Bounty Botanicals. After accidentally killing the first cutting they were happy to point out what I may have done incorrectly, and guide me with proper advice. I have used multiple payment options through their checkout (BTC, Bank Tansfer) with no issues whatsoever. Their shipping has been prompt and both plants arrived safely. Bounty Botanicals are quick to respond by email, and are helpful, friendly, and extremely professional.

They came 2 days late because of usps but arrived in good condition, they were packaged really well and actually bigger and healthier than I had expected. Great price and I’m really looking forward to seeing them grow.

I'm an experienced plant person, but this would be my first venture with this, a notably finicky species. Not only did my grow plug arrive healthy and large than expected, but the fine folks at Bounty Botanicals were responsive and reassuring in replying to my, as it turned out, unfounded concerns. As has been documented in the press, mail delivery has slowed in recent months, thanks to federal postal policy changes. My shipment was thus slightly delayed, and I was worried how the plug would fare. BB reps assured me it was not likely to be a problem, and that they would take care of it as needed. As mentioned, the plug arrived very carefully packed, healthy, and perked right up within a day of arrival and potting. There are many shady online vendors for this species. Bounty Botanicals is not one of them. It's refreshing to find any vendor that responds to customer concerns promptly and via an actual human being. I was hesitant about ordering but the plug turned out awesome! The leaves were vibrant with a most peculiar hologrqphic looking sheen of trichomes, usps was a couple days slower, no fault of BBotqnicals, and the plant still came through big and proud. Makes me wonder how much more awesome the container option might be. Either way, super cool specimen and I am excited to grow it!
